- Lisa Pilbeam
- I am a 27 year old full time event rider. I have been riding in affiliated events since 2003 and am based at my parents’ yard in Etchingham, East Sussex. I am currently competing several horses including Cullawn Warrior ("Ollie") at BE100, Cullawn Holly ("Holly") in ON aiming for Intermediate by the end of the season. Also competing some lovely horses for various owners, Kate Woodhouse's Popstar ("Poppy") and Swanky ('Madam") aiming for more BD and BS classes with them as well as BYEH with Poppy. Also competing Galway Bay Timberlina for Jamie Flint in BS events and she's aimed at BE90 events this season. I have been successful in the South East Eventers' League in the last couple of seasons particularly in 2007 when I won a number of the awards. 2009 was a good season too with Holly in 4 of the rankings, I had a 2nd and 6th in the SEEL in 2010, again with Holly. I'm also a SEEL Committee Member. I am looking to take on rides and gain sponsorship to help me go as far as possible. I hope to do a 2* event this year and my ultimate aim is of course riding at 4* level! I hope you find my blog interesting and if you have any comments please let me know!
